Starting the school year with momentum sets the stage for meaningful and continual professional growth. By encouraging actionable goal-setting, engaging in thoughtful goals conversations, and leveraging the Spotlight feature, you can drive early teacher engagement and facilitate purposeful action. Aligning efforts with clear objectives can provide faculty and staff with an avenue for ongoing support and recognition. See the resources below to support your implementation.

Folio 2024-25 Mastermind Groups
The Folio Mastermind Groups are opportunities for school leaders to regularly connect with members cross the Collaborative to enhance individual leadership capacity and progress school goals. Cohorts meet once a month to troubleshoot challenges, brainstorm ideas, and serve as accountability partners for myFolio implementation.
