The new year is an ideal moment to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. As many of you begin your Mid-Cycle Conversations with staff and faculty, consider scheduling a Mid-Year Conversation with your School Success Representative so we can support you in elevating professional growth.
The Mindful Minute feature on myFolio prompts employees to take a moment to reflect on their work and share those reflections with their supervisors.
