Executive Director Announcement

We are thrilled to announce that Jessica Wilson and Liz Kornheiser will be stepping into new roles as Co-Executive Directors of Folio Collaborative. At Folio, we believe that strong relationships are at the heart of a great school, and this principle extends directly to our new co-leadership model that is a living reflection of Folio's core mission and values.

This model combines the best of both worlds, bringing together skillsets that cover all of our organizational needs—from product and operations to strategy and sales. Co-Executive Directors Jess and Liz are uniquely compatible in their leadership styles and areas of expertise, ensuring that Folio continues to help our members build sustainable professional growth strategies and support them in developing, attracting, and retaining the best educators and school leaders.

⛰️ THE CHALLENGE: have the highest percentage of users at your school give at least 4 spotlights by the end of May 2026.

🗒️ THE RULES: The overall top schools will be determined by the highest percentage of users who have given at least 4 spotlights. In the case of a tie, the highest average number of spotlights per user will be used.

🏅THE PRIZES: The top three schools will receive the following prizes:

First Place - Coffee and Bagel Breakfast

Don't just take our word for it...

"This event was a great reminder about the importance of teachers modeling a growth mindset for their students. I heard from multiple teachers that this was one of our best PDs, thanks to your excellent incorporation of movement and group work. Overall, an excellent job, I can't wait to learn from your next event!"
